1.Brand subscription plans
Brands access the platform through subscription plans billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis until cancelled, are non-refundable except where required by law, and provide access to platform features per the plan selected. Plan details and pricing are shown at checkout and may change with notice.
2.Creator & creative bids; brand approval
Creators and creatives may submit bids proposing scope and pricing for work. A brand may approve, decline, or counter a bid. When a brand approves a bid and authorizes payment, the engagement is locked to the agreed project amount and scope.
- The 'project amount' is the amount the creator or creative is to receive for the approved work.
- Premium talent and custom engagements (for example, athletes, cultural figures, and bespoke productions) may be priced and contracted separately.
3.The WITHINFEED Access Pass
In plain English
The WITHINFEED Access Pass is a separate amount added to an approved bid. It is currently a configurable percentage of the approved project amount, defaulting to 5%, and may be adjusted by WITHINFEED (for example, for promotions, premium tiers, or pricing changes). The applicable rate is shown to the brand at the time of approval and authorization.
The Access Pass supports access to the WITHINFEED ecosystem, including:
- Creator and creative discovery
- Campaign architecture and SmartArch recommendations
- SmartBrief generation
- Creator and creative matching
- Opportunity management and workflow coordination
- Payment facilitation
The Access Pass is not a platform fee, convenience fee, processing fee, or service fee. It represents access to the people, opportunities, and infrastructure that make campaigns possible on WITHINFEED.
5.Creator & creative payouts
After capture, the project amount is paid out to the creator or creative using the payout method on file (for example, the details you provide such as W-9, Zelle, or Venmo), subject to verification and any required tax documentation. Payout timing may depend on processing and verification. You are responsible for keeping payout details accurate.
6.Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
- Before authorization, a bid may generally be cancelled or declined without charge.
- After authorization but before capture, cancellation terms depend on the stage of work and any agreement between the parties; an authorization that is not captured is released per standard payment-processor timelines.
- After capture, refunds are handled case-by-case and may depend on whether deliverables were provided.
- WITHINFEED may assist in coordinating a resolution but is not the arbiter of the underlying agreement between brand and creator.
7.Failed payments
If a capture or charge fails (for example, due to a declined card or a bank requiring additional confirmation), the engagement may be paused and the brand asked to update or confirm payment. WITHINFEED may retry the charge and may suspend related features until payment succeeds.
8.Taxes and earnings
You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of the platform and any amounts you receive. WITHINFEED may collect tax information (such as W-9) and issue tax forms where required by law.
WITHINFEED does not guarantee any level of earnings, opportunities, or campaign results.
